And yet the truth about the source of joy can be found in Psalm 16:11, “You will make known to me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever.” Psalm 16:11. Joy comes from the realized presence of God. It doesn’t negate other emotions, it transcends them. The presence of God is JOY. That place where His presence (joy) and our pain, conflict, sorrow intersect…that is peace, knowing He’s with us, He’s got it all under control. Even in the darkest of times, joy can be found because He's always present. There may be a total eclipse of light causing us to be in the dark and not see life clearly but, we will never experience a total eclipse of God's presence.  I’m praying a Blessing for Joy over each of us this Sunday mor...
